The room was huge and tidy, had smoke detectors for safety. Its location at a medium distance from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden was peaceful and perfect. the restaurant was very nice and served warm food.

The location was practical, close to restaurants, clubs, and a supermarket, making it convenient during my stay, and the room had a separate bathroom.

The location for Zuidbroek was good, right by the restaurant on Friday night, and local clubs. Furthermore, to communal indoor areas❤😀😃

hygienic conditions in room and bathroom. price-performance ratio. friendly staff, who always tried hard, despite the language difficulties. beds (large and comfortable). room equipment (tv; mini-fridge; kettle; coffee machine + pads and tea bags)

slight mould in one of the two rooms (bathrooms) we had booked. no suit in the bathroom. hotel's own wlan was working, connection was interrupted after a short "not using" period. location of the hotel - to the beach and to groningen it was a 20 minutes drive each (but can be recognized as "own mistake" when booking). breakfast was usually from 8-11 and when we (4 persons) came to the hotel at 10, choice was already limited and there was no more bread / rolls / toppings / drinks, etc. all in all the hotel met our requirements. The hotel is quite suitable for a short trip (in our case over new year's eve and also recommended)

The place was clean with an excellent staff. Plenty of outstanding food for meals. Very large building, quiet and perfect location really close to the restaurant and breakfast, communal indoor areas, and local clubs.

Nice and comfortable rooms with free internet access.

Noisy rooms: noise coming from the hallway was not enough filtered. Dinner service was very slow.

the views at this smart hotel were amazing. i booked a superior king room for 1 night and had a good stay. plus it was neat with a large bathroom. the location was comfortable for me, exactly next to the highway in a desolate area.

The hotel staff were exceptionally nice. the room offered central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. - the room faced the garden.

Excellent large bedrooms with good sized bathroom. very nice decoration to communal indoor areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The exterior of the bedroom section of the hotel required some attention together with the car park and grounds in front of rooms. This detracted from the interior quality of the hotel.

it was fairly clean, the staff was helpful, plus the service was very good. got the same good-sized room with comfortable bed booked online, enjoyed that. had central location in a quiet area. i stayed here for a trip and would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are luxurious and well-equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, and a separate shower for a comfortable stay.
